Brewer

A keen home brewer for over 20 years, Neil decided to put his passion for beer into his dream.
Over the years he has studied the art of fine brewing and to search far and wide for the finest ingredients.

His skills in architectural drafting enabled him to design and build the Bullant Brewery as well as become the head brewer. Great plans for the brewery have all come from Neil and his wife Lois, who assists in administration.

“Our beer is brewed from malted grain milled at the brewery, water sourced when possible from our 27,000 litre water tanks a selection of the best hops and yeasts available. We will use fresh locally grown hops for our seasonal beers, when available. Of course all the ingredients are natural” Neil Triggs, brewer.
